How Long Does My Order Take To Ship?

For custom orders please allow up to two weeks to receive your order after confirmation has been sent. Fabric and materials are ordered from multiple third parties, sometimes overseas, and can take some time to arrive.

Assembly of the garment will take several weeks or more depending on the complexity of the silhouette.

Ready to wear garments will ship out 1 to 3 business days.

What Is Your Return Policy? 

There is no refund on custom orders. It is recommended a minimum of two fittings are done to ensure a proper fit. There will be open communication between all parties. If you are not satisfied with your garment other options are available. Which may include an additional fitting or other services rendered.

Ready to wear garments are purchased at customers discretion. Full details including sizing and material content are disclosed before time of purchase.
